Define: (1) Boiling Point (2) Freezing Point (3) Diffusion



(i) Boiling Point:

The temperature at which a liquid boils on heating is called the boiling point.

(ii) Freezing Point:

When a liquid is cooled, the temperature at which it changes into solid is called Freezing Point

(iii) Diffusion:

The spreading of the molecules of a substance through a medium like air or liquid due to molecular motion is called Diffusion.
