EID MILAD-UN-NABI is the happiest event of the birth of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) Hazrat Muhammad. His advent into the world was a blessing on mankind and hence it is celebrated with great religious fervours. EID MILAD-UN-NABI was celebrated in our school in a grand manner. Student started to prepare a speech, practice Naat and Hamd, Long before the actual function.

A great religious scholar was invited to be the chief guest A big ‘Shamiana’ was erected and decorated with colourful buntings, banners of the well known Hadith and Aayats signifying the function. Scented rose sticks were prepared for the people coming to witness the function. Rose water was · filled in a small metal flask to be sprinkled. The student had dressed in a white dress.

The function started at 11 a.m. with ‘Qirat’ by a student from class X. Then a number of Naats were presented. Speeches were delivered by students of different class about the life and seerat (behaviour) of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H).

During the function, a religious atmosphere was created. We resolved to live a life according to the teachings of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). The function ended happily. I will remember this function long.
